New record of luminosity all over the world at the end of run 2022b

At the end of run 2022b, 4.7×10³⁴ cm^-2s^-1 as the new record of luminosity was achieved by SuperKEKB. It is more than twice of peak luminosity by KEKB. Also, Belle II has taken 427.79 fb^-1 data before the coming one year long shutdown.
